Casework

If you are having trouble dealing with a federal agency, my staff and I may be able to help resolve the problem or get you the information you need. While we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome, our offices are standing by ready to do our very best on your behalf.

Residents of Washington’s 5th Congressional District can contact us for assistance in dealing with a federal agency. In order to better serve you, the Privacy Act of 1974 requires that members of Congress or their staff have written authorization before they can obtain information about an individual’s case.

We must have your signature to proceed with this type of request.

Once my office receives your authorization form and other documentation, a member of my team will contact the federal agency you need assistance with and track the status of your inquiry as it is reviewed. Please note, however, our office does not play any role in the decision making process.

To get started, please click on the federal agency below you need help with and provide some basic information for us to reach you.
