It’s been the honor and privilege of my life to represent the people of Eastern Washington in Congress. For years now, my team and I have lived and worked by our values of having fun while we SERVE — to Seek excellence, that Everybody matters, to Responsibly own it, practice Vigilant integrity, and Embrace change.

This commitment is what made it possible for us to help thousands of constituents navigate the bureaucracy and resolve issues with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the IRS, and other federal agencies. As my time in Congress comes to a close, my goal is to ensure you and your family continue to receive the level of customer service you deserve.

Unfortunately, the current estimated time to resolve a case at most federal agencies is 3-4 months (up to 7 years for immigration cases with USCIS), which means my staff and I will not be able to complete any casework that is not already open before leaving office. However, we have coordinated with the offices of Senator Patty Murray and Senator Maria Cantwell who are prepared to offer the assistance you need in a timely manner.
