FY25 Programmatic Requests
Our office will again accept programmatic and language for the FY25 appropriations cycle. The deadline for programmatic and language submissions is March 22, 2024.

FY25 Community Project Requests
Our office is accepting Community Project Funding requests for Fiscal Year 2025. Our deadline for Community Project submissions is April 30, 2024. The House Committee on Appropriations has released its FY25 guidance on available accounts and restrictions on funding.
Parameters within which a Community Project must fall to receive consideration:
1. The request must demonstrate a clear nexus with a federal policy or program.
2. The request must fall under one of the following appropriations bills:

- Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies
- Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies
- Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies
- Homeland Security
- Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies
- Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies
- Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies
3. Community Project Funding requests will be limited to $5M.
4. Memorials, museums, and commemoratives (i.e., projects named for an individual or entity) are not eligible for Community Project Funding.
5. The request must be submitted by a state, local, or tribal governmental entity, or public institution of higher education. Please check the Appropriations committee website for more details on eligibility broken down by subcommittee.
Please note that the Community Project Funding process does not waive any matching funds requirements that may apply to a project under current statute.
