I will be hosting a telephone town hall to hear from veterans in Eastern Washington about their concerns with the ongoing rollout of the electronic health record system, as well as any other issues they are facing. This live event will serve as a great opportunity for us to discuss this system – along with other services at the VA – and how it is impacting our veterans.
