Military & National Security

As if Vladimir Putin’s unprovoked invasion wasn’t evil enough, there have been an increasing number of reports suggesting China may have provided military and financial aid to Russia leading up to the attack. The idea of two of the world’s most dangerous adversaries teaming up to destabilize democracies around the world is frightening, and it’s not something we should overlook.

That’s why Congress took action this week by passing the AXIS Act to direct the Biden administration to get to the bottom of any potential collaboration. The Chinese Communist Party has made it clear the partnership between Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping has “no limits,” so the time to act is now.
