McMorris Rodgers Announces $3.5 Million Grant for Davenport Municipal Airport

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 14, 2019) – Today, Eastern Washington Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA-05) announced the approval of a $3.5 million grant from the Department of Transportation for the Davenport Airport Runway Extension and Rehabilitation / Land Acquisition project.

“This grant is great news for Davenport and the Lincoln County community at large,” said Cathy. “By updating the runway, the Davenport Airport can continue serving the community for years to come. Thank you to the Trump administration for continuing to invest in Eastern Washington infrastructure and for prioritizing the needs of rural America.”
