- In 2008, Patrick was a U.S. Fulbright Fellow to Austria where he researched energy and climate policy.
- He previously held roles as Director of New Media for Cathy at the House Republican Conference (2010-2012), as Cathy’s Campaign Manager during 2018, and in her Spokane office as Deputy District Director since January 2019.
- Previously, Patrick served as Associate Director of State Relations and Director of Special Projects for the Office of the President at the University of Washington.
NOTE: Traci Couture will be transitioning to the Spokane Teaching Health Center to serve as their Executive Director. She has served in Cathy’s office for three and a half years.
