McMorris Rodgers Hosts Tenth Town Hall of the Year in Spokane
Spokane, Wash. – Eastern Washington Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA-05) held her tenth town hall of the year in Spokane this evening to hear from people in the community about the issues most important to them and their families. Over the course of the one-hour event, Cathy answered questions and engaged in discussion on topics on combating climate change through an all-of-the above energy strategy, addressing health care costs through system wide price transparency, and how we can work together to help solve the fentanyl crisis.
“Each year, I make traveling across Eastern Washington to hear from the people in our communities a top priority,” said Rodgers. “It is my mission to take the ideas I hear at town halls back with me to Congress to deliver results in the People’s House. Whether or not we always agree, I believe building trust starts with listening and I appreciate each individual who makes their voices heard.”
