Spokane, Wash. – Eastern Washington Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA-05) today announced new details for her annual Spokane town hall for publication:

Wednesday, August 31, 2022

“Conversation with Cathy” Town Hall

When: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Where: Spokane Convention Center, Centennial Ballroom

202 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA 99201

**Space is limited. This event is first come, first served.**

This event, which was previously scheduled for August 10, was postponed in order for the congresswoman to attend the funeral of the late Jackie Walorski, Representative for Indiana’s 2nd Congressional District, who tragically passed away in a car accident on August 3.

Next week’s event will be Cathy’s thirteenth town hall in 2022, which included eight in-person events and four telephone town halls for veterans, parents, and seniors in the community. In recent months, Cathy has also traveled to communities across Eastern Washington, including Loon Lake, Dayton, Elk, Newport, and others to hear directly from the people she represents.

A full list of town halls Cathy has held this year is available on her website. You can also find more information on next week’s event here

Press interested in attending the event should contact Kyle.VonEnde@mail.house.gov to RSVP.
