Taking Action To Protect Life

This is big. The House of Representatives passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act this week to secure medical protections for babies that survive an attempted abortion. This is life-saving legislation I helped lead on, and its passage was long overdue.

We also took action to formally condemn the recent attacks on pro-life facilities, groups, and churches. This is an issue I’ve been working on for months, and I’m glad we were able to pass such an important resolution to stand with those who work to protect life/

House Republicans are committed to protecting the sanctity of life, safeguarding the rights of the unborn, and fostering an environment where no woman feels like their only option is abortion. We will do everything we can to save as many lives as possible while supporting mothers and babies at every stage of life – and we’re just getting started.
