PASSED

257-150

H.R. 8015 Delivering for America Act NO Under this bill the Postal Service would be prohibited from implementing or approving any changes through January 2021. This overreach would prevent necessary operational reforms. Additionally, this legislation includes an unnecessary $25 billion bailout.

The USPS has stated it’s equipped to ensure every mail-in vote will be delivered  in the 2020 election. This bill  will not correct the structural problems at USPS and takes the unprecedented step to deny the Postmaster General flexibility needed to improve the timeliness and reliability of mail service.
