Happy Hanukkah
Friends,
From my family to yours, Happy Hanukkah.
The Festival of Lights comes each year as winter’s dark days are closing in on us. The miracle of Hanukkah—when the lamps in the Temple shone for eight days—is a reminder to us all that even in depths and darkness of despair, it’s our faith in God where we can find hope and light.
Today, when you light the Hanukkah candles, may you bask in the warm glow of celebration with your family. May we also together give thanks to the many blessings and God-given rights we share, especially for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all.
This year, I’m wishing you eight days of joy, peace, and hope as you celebrate Hanukkah. You are in my prayers.
Chag Sameach!
Cathy
